In order for you to enjoy your experience at Panache, we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Refreshments will be available for your enjoyment.

Panache offers a variety of gift certificates as well as seasonal special offers. We are also happy to customize a package for you. Gift Certificates are non transferable between two people but are easily transferable for different services.

The Spa at Panache is seeking to provide a relaxing tranquil environment for our guests. We request that you refrain from leaving your cell phone and beepers on during appointments, and we ask that, if at all possible, you avoid bringing small children with you.

We are happy to accommodate those walking in without prior appointments or relationships. However, we will require payment in advance to ensure that you return for the time an appointment is held especially for you.

A 50% deposit for the services is required to reserve group appointments. Special event bookings, such as proms and weddings may also require a deposit of 50%.

Salon and spa services require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation. Any guest who cancels after the required time fram will be charged 50% of the service.

Panache accepts personal and business checks, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and cash.
