We work as a team.
We at Panache strive to please you, the guest. We work as a team. If you feel you would like to see another staff member upon your next visit, please feel comfortable in doing so. We suggest that our guests have a Panache alternate Stylist so that in cases where your regular Stylist is not available, you have an alternate who knows your special formula and technique.
Salon and spa services require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. Any guest who cancels after the required time frame will be charged 50% of the service price. We don’t mean to be offensive, but in our salon world, “time is money.” If our staff has a “no show,” they earn no money. Please call if you cannot make your appointment and we will be happy to help you reschedule. Please note that spa packages require a credit card to reserve an appointment.
